Support

Otec Solutions provides Priority Technical Support for Cumulus users under the Software Maintenance Agreement. We also provide support for our clients core IT h/w & s/w systems under one of the four (4) Service offerings detailed below. Attainments of Service details are provided to our customers annually based on their specific agreements. We are happy to provide support & services to clients who have no need of buying products from us.

Contracted Facilities Management

We offer IT infrastructure facilities management for organizations. There are a wide variety of options available up to and including 7x24. This is especially attractive for those organizations that do not have IT staff or limited capabilities in this area. Most organizations require networking, server, DBA and programming skills at one time or another. Many organizations have systems they have implemented that they can't support. Our organization can fill these needs without the client having hire a resource for each technological need they have. This can save 10's or 100's of thousands of dollars per year.

Service Level Agreements

We offer IT services and support for organizations. Whether you require support for all systems or only certain systems, whether you want a monthly or annual contract or to simply buy a block of time per month, we can accommodate your needs with a solution designed for you.

Project Based Services

Individual or specialized projects where the clients internal skills are restricted by knowledge and or time restraints are also a focus of ours. We also offer services and support on an as needed basis, subject to our availability.
